We’ve also eliminated communal toys to help keep every patient in our Brooklyn office as healthy as possible.

If you have an urgent question that cannot wait until the following day, call the office to speak to an after-hours service agent. The on-call Premier Pediatrics doctor will return your call. In the event of an actual emergency, dial 911.

There is always a Premier pediatrician available for you. If after-hours, call the office and follow the prompts. Don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have not received a call back from one of our pediatricians within 20 minutes.

After-hour calls should be limited to urgent messages that cannot wait until the office re-opens.

The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays listed below. On these days, the on-call physician opens the office for urgent sick visits. Please page the on-call doctor to make an urgent same-day sick appointment. When possible, call between 8:00 am–9:00 am.

One of our pediatrician is always on-call (24 hours a day!) for urgent or emergent concerns.  We also see urgent sick visits in the office on Saturday and Sunday as well.
