How to Schedule
- Urgent care only: These visits are strictly for acute onset conditions.
- Contact us: After office hours on Friday and until 8 AM Saturday, you can send a message via Klara to request an appointment.
- Appointment scheduling: Our team schedules appointments on a rolling basis during this time. Please note that availability is limited as only one doctor will be on duty.
Important:
We strongly encourage scheduling sick visits during the week if your child has been unwell, rather than waiting until Saturday morning. This helps prevent time slots from filling quickly. If you call the service for an appointment, they will hold your call and direct you to send a message via Klara.
Location
The on-call doctor will confirm whether your appointment will be at our NYC or Brooklyn location.
Weekend Hours
- Saturdays: Appointments begin at 9 AM.
- Sundays: Closed (except during extended holiday weekends, when Sunday hours may replace Saturday hours).
For Non-Visit Urgent Matters
If your child requires urgent attention but does not need a visit, our on-call service remains available to assist.
