SUMMARY:Quarterly Sleep Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is co-hosted with Julie Wright\, the author of The Happy Sleeper. This is one of the main parts of our Born Premier program and it is complementary to all Premier patients. It is geared towards ages 12 months and below. \nThe Happy Sleeper method is a tremendous and organic way to teach your infant to sleep. The method has two main components. First\, the soothing ladder gives a baby an opportunity to learn how to self soothe without feeling abandoned. Second\, the sleep wave creates a situation where an infant can take these newly acquired self-soothing skills and put them to use to become an awesome independent sleeper. In the session\, we will review The Happy Sleeper strategy with Julie Wright and answer questions from parents on the Zoom.
